Welcome to Translucence! We opened in December 2011, but the site was planned months previous to it. We're a text post by post role-play that accepts pretty much any creature, as long as it's not humanoid and fits into the role-play. The role-play is set in a dreamscape that exists in a material form. Feel free to look around!

28th of January 2012: I hope you guys like the new skin - there will be a new banner along with it shortly. If you guys want to switch back to the old version, you can do so in the User CP, under 'Edit Options".

28th of December 2011: A couple of minor edits have been made to the rules, but nothing that needs to be re-read if you have already read and understood them.

25th of December: Happy Holidays from Translucence! There is a free item in the shop for all characters!

16th of February 2012: There has been some errors with the Open Threads announcement. We're not sure what's causing this, but many of the links have been effected. We apologise if this causes any inconvenience.

1st of February 2012: The two bans have been lifted, but are more likely to be put back in place if we feel that there are too many of those previously banned being created.

16th of January 2012: There is now a ban on wolf characters, part wolf and creatures with wolf parts. This ban will be in place until further notice.

2nd of January 2012: There is now a ban on 'royal' characters. This ban will be in place until further notice.
